FAQ

  • Will this fit my fixture?
If your existing tube is a G5-base T5 tube around 1149mm, this is a direct swap.
  • Does this need a starter?
On conventional ballast fittings, yes; on electronic ballast, no separate starter is needed.
  • How is HE different from HO?
"HE" (High Efficiency) tubes prioritise lm/W efficiency at moderate output; "HO" (High Output) tubes trade some efficiency for greater brightness in the same physical length — choose HO where more light is the priority.
  • Which colour temperature should I choose?
830 (Warm White) for hospitality, 840 (Cool White) for offices, 865 (Daylight) for task-focused areas.
