- Return Window: You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or promotional items
Installed or used products
Return Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- Our team will arrange free pickup of the return item within 2โ3 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3โ5 business days after inspection.
โ ๏ธ Damaged or Incorrect Items (Only UAE)
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
๐ International Orders (Outside UAE)
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible for international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.
