FAQ

  • Will this fit my fixture?
If your existing tube is a G5-base T5 HO tube around 549mm, this is a direct swap.
  • How is HO different from HE?
"HO" (High Output) tubes trade some efficiency for greater brightness in the same physical length; "HE" (High Efficiency) tubes prioritise lm/W efficiency at moderate output — choose HO where more light is the priority.
  • Does this need a starter?
On conventional ballast fittings, yes; on electronic ballast, no separate starter is needed.
  • Which colour temperature should I choose?
830 (Warm White) for hospitality, 840 (Cool White) for general warehouse and industrial use.
