  This is the connector — the female in-line socket wired onto the end of a flexible cable (extension lead, cable reel, etc.), which mates with a matching male plug. Make sure you're also ordering the matching plug if you don't already have one.
• What does 3P+N+E mean?
  It's a 5-pin configuration carrying all 3 phases, a neutral, and an earth — used for three-phase 400V power distribution to equipment that needs a neutral (as opposed to 3P+E, which has no neutral).
• What does the IP44 rating mean, and is this suitable outdoors?
