Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing & Delivery (UAE)

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are fulfilled and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM dispatch the next business day.
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days across the UAE. (varies by location/courier).
  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Available to select destinations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Custom duties & taxes: All import duties, taxes, and local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per local regulations.
  • No returns: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international deliveries.
  • Transit times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges (UAE Orders Only)

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging intact, and in resalable condition.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (including missing packaging) are not eligible.
  • Consumables (e.g., bulbs, cables) may be non-returnable once opened.
  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item(s).
  • Please allow 2–3 business days from our receipt of the return for refund initiation.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-refundable.

Warranty

  • Warranty claims are valid only with the original invoice.
  • Products are repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • Warranty excludes physical damage, misuse, improper installation, or tampering.
