🇦🇪 Returns & Exchanges – Within the UAE

Return Window: You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance or promotional items
Installed or used products
Return Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Our team will arrange free pickup of the return item within 2–3 business days.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

🌍 International Orders (Outside UAE)

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible for international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.

Please ensure all specifications and compatibility details are reviewed before placing your order.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
